Lane Packing is a Peach Orchard that is about 10 miles from our house. Today a local church was hosting an Easter egg hunt for the community. Britten had sooo much fun and was actually pretty good with getting eggs! She also got to see the Easter bunny! We had a lot of fun! She will be really good at our churches hunt next Saturday!

Spring Fever

Snacktime!
I am not sure what this face is?!
I tried over and over to get her to look at the camera!
Pretty girl in pretty dress
Deep in Britten land

I love all of the seasons because they all have something that brings back childhood memories. Spring always meant pretty dresses for me and my sisters. I decided to put Britten in this cute sundress today to celebrate Spring! I am glad that allergies don't effect me because they have been bad this year for our area! Happy Spring to everyone! (Too bad most of yall that read this blog live in TX and don't get to see all of the pretty flowers like we do! jk) We would be there in a heartbeat!

Hard to Catch

Signing please bc I took my shoe away to get her to look at the camera!
Chewing on Mommy's shoe...I'm sure that's sanitary!
Peek a boo!

So everyone always wants me to post more pictures of Britten, but it is getting harder and harder for me to catch her! She is all over the place, and is very fast! I finally got a few ( I had to delete about 20) so enjoy! We love and miss everyone!

Too many pillows?

So now that I am back at Pier One, I can't resist buying some things for our house. Apparently, I have a thing for throw pillows, because I keep buying more. I think I am done, though. I am up to eleven pillows on our bed! I like it....but think that Justin will think that I have lost it! What is your opinion?

And then there was 4

Playing with the big dogs.
Posing to show off his good looks!

So I have sold 5 of the 9 puppies that Andi had! i am ready to be done with puppies! They are so cute and I know that they aren't getting the attention that puppies need! They need a good home! They love playing with Kyle and Andi outside. They think that they are as big as they are!! It is hard for me to get pictures of them, and this is the best I could do. Kyle wanted his picture taken because he wanted everyone to know that he is still the cutest!

Beep Beep

Britten loves her new Dora "car" that I bought for her after church today. There is a little cell phone that you can answer when it rings, and this is of course her favorite part. She will pick it up and say "Daddy?" "Mommy?" It is sooo cute. I had trouble getting her to sleep tonight because she wanted to stay on her car!

Pass It On!

My Mom loves to read to Britten, just as much as I do. The reason that I love to do this is because it brings back so many memories of her reading to me at bedtime when I was little. Those were always special times. We would pick a bedroom (Ally's Staci"s or mine) and cuddle up for story time every night. We had tons of books to choose from, although we each had a favorite that I am sure our parents got tired of reading to us. (Britten already has a few favorites, as well) After we would read, we would all say our prayer out loud. ( I got in trouble for trying to rap my prayer once!) These times are the ones that mean the most when I think about my Mom, Dad, and sisters as we were growing up. This is a tradition that I want to carry on to my family! SWEET MEMORIES!!

Hanging out

We have had so much fun since Gammy has been in town! We don't want her to go back to Texas. I think I could find her a teaching job here......

A girl can't ever have too many BOWS!

Last night when I was at work, Britten got to spend the afternoon with Gammy. She got into all of her bows, and wanted Gammy to fix her hair! This was the outcome....maybe I should fix her hair next time!

Playing at McDonalds

Britten loves to play on the playground at McDonalds!!

Playing outside....My favorite place to be!

Britten loves to be outside....just like her Mommy and Daddy. I think that she would stay outside all the time if we would let her! She loves running around the yard barefoot and playing outside with the puppies. The other day she was playing outside with the neighbors, and was pushing around their baby dolls in a stroller. She is getting way to old! Gammy got some good shots of Ms. Britten playing outside this day!
