Bathroom Complete

It has been a long process trying to finish our master bathroom, but it's finally done and we love it.

Look at my leg!

Today we ate lunch at Chic-Fil-a, and Britten decided that she was going to entertain us while we ate. For some reason, she wanted to put her right leg straight up in the air. Every time Justin would put it down, it would pop right back up. She thought that this was hilarious! As soon as I got the camera out, she turned her head right towards me and smiled really big for the camera. She also decided that she loves waffle fries!

Eating Graham Crackers

Britten has gotten really good about sitting up and feeding herself. Here she is eating graham crackers....well trying to! Most of the cracker is on her, not in her mouth!

All I need is a bow!

Today as I was checking my email, I put Britten on the floor to play with her ball. Before long, Britten had pushed open the closet door, and gotten ahold of some Christmas wrapping paper. She made herself a little fort, I guess. She stayed underneath the paper for about fifteen minutes just giggling and talking. I guess that she is ready for Christmas!!

Yeaaa! We got some sleep!

Last night was a much better night! Britten went to sleep a little before nine, and didn't wake up until 7 this morning! It was such a relief for all three of us! I am soo ready for this teething to be over with!!! I know that Britten couldn't agree more!

Teething...What fun! NOT!!

Well, we had another fun night last night with our teething Britten! On the 26th last month, Britten cut her two bottom teeth, and she decided that she needs a couple more! I think that she is getting her top front teeth, which will be way cute, but it doesn't seem so cute when you are up half the night! I know that it must hurt her and I feel bad because she has to be confused about what is going on. When she cut her first two teeth last month, we had a couple bad nights, and then she was back on schedule! Just PLEASE pray for our patience with this! We need it! We will post when we see the beautiful results of all of this pain! Love yall!

Hello, Mom! My face is up here!

Britten was being a little model this morning with her butterfly butt pants! I think that she was confused when I kept turning her around and taking her picture from the back! I had to get some of her smiling too!

I want to swing!

Yesterday while the kids were over at the house, Britten crawled to her swing and started pushing it! I guess that was her way of telling us that she wanted to swing.....because she started giggling as soon as Hannah put her in it! I am not sure how much longer she will get to swing in this chair, though! She is getting too big for it!

Our Neighbors

Yesterday, I watched our neighbors 3 kids, Madisyn, Hannah, and Cambren for a couple hours. I couldn't get Cambren to get in a picture, but Hannah and Madisyn were eager to take a picture with Britten. Britten loves company and especially loves other kids! Hannah is in the fifth grade and is really helpful with Britten. Madisyn is in kindergarten and loves to play with Britten. Cambren is in the third grade and really doesn't have much interest in babies! He watched Sponge Bob all afternoon! They were all really good and we had a lot of fun!

My favorite word

Yesterday Britten said DADA...and hasn't stopped saying it since! It is so sweet to hear her say it!

Cargo pants

I love these little cargo pants that Britten is wearing! She looked so adorable (like always) in these pants that we couldn't resist another photo session!

Britten has gotten really good at getting up on all fours. She just hasn't gotten the whole concept down of crawling. She does a really good scoot, though. I think she is way more interested in walking anyway!

Britten got her ears pierced this past Monday at the mall in Macon. She was so tough and didn't cry that much. She did scream at first! Poor thing! I wasn't too worried about her, though! I was more worried about Justin! He stayed in the hall while she was getting it done, and when they were finished, he came in there with tears in his eyes! You can see how much he loves this little girl. He told he that he hates seeing her cry! I always knew that Justin would be a good Dad, but he has turned out to be the most wonderful Dad ever! I can tell that he and Britten are going to be really close buddies! They are both my whole world and I would do anything for them!

Me and Mommy

I really wanted a new picture of me and Britten today, and since Justin is gone on a quick trip, we had to set the timer on the camera. I was glad that Britten looked up at the camera for one of the pictures! She is seven months old today! What a big girl!

Happy Little Girl

I think that I have to have on of the happiest babies ever! She is usually aways giggling and smiling! She loves to show off for the camera, too!
