Happy Easter Everyone!

We hope that everyone had a blessed Easter Day! We sure missed everyone, and wish that we could have been in Texas!

Hunting for Easter eggs

Yesterday before church, Britten woke up, then went outside and hunted eggs. She really had a lot of fun, and it was fun to see her so excited. I think that she was a little confused on why Mommy and Daddy wanted her to go outside and look for eggs when it was so early and cold! She had fun anyway.

Meagon and Cody

These are our really good friends Cody and Meagon. We met them at church a few months ago, and ever since, we have been hanging out. They mean so much to us, and we feel blessed to have them in our lives. Oddly enough, they are also from Texas....figures!

Sometimes you just have to stop.....and take a nap.

Britten loves to sit on her beanbag (she calls it purple) and watch movies and tv shows. Last weekend, I guess that she was really tired, and fell asleep watching tv. This does not happen a lot with her....she loves to play and go one hundred miles an hour. So we know that when this happens, that she really needs a nap!

It's not easy being a Princess

Britten loves to play dress up in all of her Dora dress up clothes. She has a mermaid. a fairy, and a princess costume.......Right here she is in her fairy costume but she thinks that she is a mermaid! Either way she is too cute.

Monkey Joe's

We took Britten to Monkey Joe's for the first time last week, and she had such a fun time. We went during the week so that it would not be so crowded, and Britten loved being able to climb on all of the inflatable slides without having a lot of big kids around. She was so brave, and ended up liking the big slide the best!
